Hugh Symons processes highly confidential and sensitive data daily for a wide range of organisations including the NHS and other healthcare providers, Police forces, Local Authorities and Private Sector businesses. Robust data security and confidentiality processes are implemented in every aspect of what we do.

We are fully compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation (ICO registration number Z5306895) and have implemented extensive measures to ensure that all our premises, staff, operations, and systems comply with all relevant standards including ISO 27001 Information Security Management, Cyber Essentials Plus and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

 

Hugh Symons’ scanning locations are Police Approved Secure Facilities (PASF) and DBS checking is carried out on all staff prior to a contract of employment being offered. A number of staff have also been vetted to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NNPV) Level 2 and Level 3 where they are involved with projects we work on for Police Forces.
