At Hugh Symons, we offer specialised document scanning services for private healthcare groups. Our services cater to the unique needs of individual hospitals within these groups, providing tailored scanning specifications and consistent data output formats for their central IT teams to manage and make accessible to local sites.
Our collection schedules are flexible and can be customised to meet the specific requirements of each hospital, including ad hoc arrangements, scheduled monthly or bi-monthly pick-ups and more. We also provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with each hospital, outlining specific turnaround times and confirming delivery of data in the required format.
Safeguarding client data
We take the security and confidentiality of our clients' data very seriously. That's why we operate from Police Approved Secure Facilities (PASF) and conduct DBS checks on all staff before offering employment. Additionally, a number of our staff have been vetted to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2 and Level 3. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in data protection and security.
