Our Digital Mailroom service is also used by Housing Associations - post is redirected to Hugh Symons secure facility to be scanned and delivered electronically for onward distribution within the customer organisation. This service is ideal where staff are working remotely as post is available in digital format within 24 hours of arrival at Hugh Symons.

Safeguarding client data

We take the security and confidentiality of our clients' data very seriously. That's why we operate from Police Approved Secure Facilities (PASF) and conduct DBS checks on all staff before offering employment. Additionally, a number of our staff have been vetted to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2 and Level 3. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in data protection and security.
