Hugh Symons Information Management (HSIM) is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to each of our customers, no matter how large or small. This is of fundamental importance to the continued success of our company.
It is therefore our policy to be dedicated to consistently providing and improving products and services that meet the quality requirements and expectations of our customers. This is achieved through the efforts of every employee taking responsibility for the quality of their work and by them having the right to expect the same high quality work from our suppliers and each other. Quality is a discipline central to all aspects of the company's operation.
To enable this policy to be implemented and as a fundamental commitment to quality, the company has established and documented a quality system that meets the requirements of recognised quality system standards such as ISO 9001, BS 10008, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. It is also fundamental that all members of the organisation are aware of this policy and their individual and collective impact upon its implementation and success.
The quality system is subject to regular review and where necessary is revised to ensure that it continues to support the objectives of the company quality policy and to ensure the effectiveness of the integrated management system.
The business objective of HSIM is to build profitable on-going relationships with a wide range of clients and to conduct business in a fair and beneficial manner for all those affected by its activities.
