We scan hard copy files, microfiche, microfilm and offer data conversion services where files are stored on unsupported legacy systems or portable media. Our services are widely used to help Local Authorities to manage their information more efficiently, effectively and securely.

With great experience of working with third-party system providers, we can output data for all Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) systems used by our Local Authority customers.

We take the security and confidentiality of our clients' data very seriously. That's why we operate from Police Approved Secure Facilities (PASF) and conduct DBS checks on all staff before offering employment. Additionally, a number of our staff have been vetted to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2 and Level 3. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in data protection and security.
